I can do all things through him who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 ESV
I have always found, one of the best ways you can push yourself beyond your capacity is through exercising. Usually, when I go for my morning exercise on the beach, I would walk two miles and I did this for about a year. One morning, I decided I would walk another two miles to push myself beyond my limits.
As I was exercising, my focus simply was on completing those four miles, which I did. It showed me to accomplish any goal I may have; I have to keep my focus on what I want to achieve and keep going until I get it done.
This has pushed me to step out of my comfort zone.
So I did an introspection to look at other areas of my life where I might be stuck in a comfort zone and challenge myself to step out and do new and greater things.
We have so much untapped potential inside of us, but we need to get out of our comfort zone and challenge ourselves to do things we can achieve.
My question to you is, have you found yourself stuck in your comfort zone, not challenging yourself enough, or trying new things?

Our thoughts shape our lives. We just need to remove all fear and doubt and step out of our comfort zone and trust God through the process.
It’s natural to want to remain in a comfortable position. However, they are greater benefits awaiting us on the other side as we take that leap.
It doesn’t have to be a radical act, you just need to take simple small steps in the particular area of your life where you want to see change and growth. You will see how your life advances.
