prayer for the naion

We all desire to live in a safe and free nation, so it is crucial to pray for our country and its leaders. When we pray and come into agreement for our nations, we will witness God bring about change.

Father, I come before You in the mighty name of Jesus on behalf of my nation.

Lord, I thank You for our nation and for being our guide and shield. Thank You for the grace that You have bestowed upon our nation.

I humbly ask that You would forgive us as a nation for going after false gods. For You are the true and living God.

I bind all demonic interference that wants to hinder Your truth and peace from reigning in this nation. I bind the prince of the air and the powers of darkness. You are our battle-ax and weapon of war, Lord. Send Your angels with flaming swords to fight our battles in the heavens. May the confidence of the enemy be uprooted from our nation in the name of Jesus.

I bind every spirit that seeks to steal the destiny and heritage of this nation. Let the high places of witchcraft be destroyed in the name of Jesus. Remove all false gods and satanic altars that have been erected in this nation. Destroy all false worship in the high places, and may the high places be purged through Your anointing.

Lord, I declare Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our nation. May the gates of our city be opened, for the King of Glory to come in. May Your light remove all darkness from our island, and may the light of love and truth shine forth in our homes, communities, schools, churches, and governmental system.

May righteous men filled with Your wisdom sit in high governmental places of this nation. I pray for the apostolic gatekeepers of my nation to arise and take their place. Lord, raise up Bethel churches that will be the gate of heaven and raise up apostolic gate churches that will usher Your presence and revelation into this region.

May righteousness, peace, and joy of the kingdom be established in our nation.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
