The love of God brings transformation to your life!
When I think of the love of God in my Love all I can say is Thank you, Jesus.
Serving God for over two decades has been a great experience for me.
I have seen how God has moved in my life by removing fear, doubt, worry and unforgiveness. Which has led me to build better relationships with those around me.
I have also seen his grace and mercy extended towards me. Whenever I sin, He forgives me and places me back on the path of righteousness.
When I feel down or weary, I just open up and talk to him and He lifts me up. Or even when I don’t know what to do in a particular situation, I just ask Holy Spirit and He guides and directs me on the path that I should take.
God’s love has transformed my life. I have gained a father, brother, friend, and counselor.
If you have never experienced that love but would love to do so, here are a few things: I would like to share with you about what the love of God in your life can do for you.
The Love of God in your life gives you compassion for others.
I have learned not to judge others but to see things from people’s perspectives and to show compassion. I always believe in treating people how I want to be treated. So just as I want someone to have compassion towards me, I must show that same compassion.
The Love of God in your life brings Peace.
This love gives you peace of mind that many in their lifetime never get to experience. That peace comes from God’s love. Which gives you a sense of security, trust and hope.
It helps you understand that no matter what comes your way, God has already gone before you and worked it out on your behalf. All you need to do now is trust him through the process.
The Love of God in your life motivates to share the gospel with others.
When you meet someone special, you want to share your life with you, tell your family, friends and work colleagues about this individual and plan to introduce them. When God’s love is in us, we want to tell everyone about Him. So wherever we go and whatever we are doing, we will share with others about the amazing love of God and how they can experience this love.
The Love of God in your life helps you to forgive others.
Having been forgiven by God for all we have done, compels us to forgive others.
It may seem difficult to forgive, but the love of God helps us release the individual of the wrong they have done to you. Also, forgiveness is for us more so than the person we are forgiving.
Let us take the transformational love of God and transform the lives of those around us in whom we interact daily. People would know that we are Christians by our love for God and each other.
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 1 John 4:7-8
